Specialist in small to medium teams (5-60) of sales managers and account managers or sales reps in B2B focussed organisations, either at small or medium sized companies at Director level or at Head of Divisional level at corporates.

Immediate identification of quick wins for sales process, followed by a thorough evaluation of the sales plan, the sales pipeline, sales processes, CRM tools, sales team capabilities and execution levels. Implementation of long term, sustainable improvement initiatives.
